General Shipping FAQ
We ship all orders Monday - Friday
Shipping Options:
We ship via USPS & UPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged package(s). Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code.
USPS Delivery Issues:
Due to issues with the USPS, tracking may or may not show movement for a few days (or more), even if the package has been dropped off and initially scanned by the USPS worker.
Turn Around Time (Ordering Processing Time):
Our turnaround time is either 7 Business Days. Business Days do not include Weekends or Holidays. At the Top of page of each page you will see posted the turnaround time for the products in that section. You will also see the turnaround time in the description of each product. We are very open regarding our turnaround time.
Holidays:
Please note that processing and shipping time could increase during Holiday season.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
GNW Legacy Kustom Kreations, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed a delivery status to the address entered at the time the order was placed. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the Customer to investigate.
It is up to the Customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier that was selected during check out regarding delivery information. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
