- When was this Business established? Our Business was established in 2021 and we launched our online store in September 2021.

- What is your shipping options? We ship UPS and USPS packaging services. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.Your shipping is caluated by weight and zip code.

- What if I never receive my package after I have received my confirmation and tracking number? GNW Legacy Kustom Kreations, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed a delivery status to the address entered at the time the order was placed. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the Customer to investigate.

It is up to you as the Customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier that was selected during check out regarding delivery information. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

- What is your Turnaround Time Frame (Processing Time) to get orders out? Our turnaround time frame is either 7 Business Days or 10 Business Day (Depending on the product). All T-Shirts have a 7 Business Day turnaround time frame. Business Days do not include Weekends or Holidays. You will also see the turnaround time frame in the description of each product. We are very open regarding our turnaround time frame.

- Could there be a delay in the shipping time during a Holiday? Anything is possible but once we have shipped your item it is in the hands of the shipping carrier you chose at checkout. You can always check the carrier website or call to see if they have any delayed shipped messages.

- What if my order is Lost/Stolen after I been sent tracking confirmation? GNW Legacy Kustom Kreations, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed a delivery status to the address entered at the time the order was placed. - What days do you ship orders? We ship Monday - Friday.

- Do you provide washing instruction for your T-Shirts? We absolutely do and its very important that you follow the instruction to have a longer lasting design result.

- What is your refund policy? GNW Legacy Kustom Kreations, LLC do not accept any refunds, returns or exchange. However, we do stand behind our product and if any issue arises, we will work diligently to resolve it to the best of our abilities.
